They are not cautious with sending out their workers even at a small size. When the drop was placed they immediately ran to the entrance to confront the 'attacker'.

They heavily use trophallaxis to feed the workers and queen inside the nest immediately after collecting. They can also do 5 way trophallaxis (observed once).
